Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using MiLoCards. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
MiLoCards is a personal convenience tool that allows users to store loyalty card details including brand names and card numbers. It is not a financial product, payment service, or regulated service of any kind.
MiLoCards is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MiLoCards and its developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app. This includes but is not limited to:
— Loss, corruption, or unauthorised access to your loyalty card data
— Any interruption or cessation of the service
— Any errors or inaccuracies in the content
— Any loss of loyalty points, rewards, or benefits resulting from use of this app
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into MiLoCards. You should keep a backup of any important card details independently of this app. Do not store sensitive financial information such as bank card PINs, passwords, or CVV numbers in MiLoCards.
MiLoCards is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any other financial or data protection authority in connection with financial services. It does not handle payments, balances, or financial transactions on your behalf.
MiLoCards uses Supabase for data storage and authentication. By using MiLoCards, you also agree to Supabase's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of any third party services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue MiLoCards at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. We will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of MiLoCards after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
